Store Operations Lead (Shift) – Member Experience

Company Shop Tankersley is seeking a Shift Lead to manage the day-to-day store operations during your shift, lead colleagues to meet standards and deliver a positive member experience. The role focuses on execution, shift leadership and supporting store plans.

You will oversee opening/closing, cash handling, replenishment, and hygiene, while promoting safe working practices and collaboration with the Store Manager and colleagues.
