Retail Service Manager – Customer Care & Cash Handling

Entain is a leading global sports betting and gaming company. We are seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead shop teams in Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, driving customer service standards and building relationships to encourage repeat business.

The role reports to the Shop Manager and involves taking bets, cash handling, and demonstrating products to customers. Typical rota is 20 hours per week, across mornings, evenings and weekends, with a strong benefits package.
