Learning Specialist – Training Design & Compliance

At JBS Brooklyn Plant, a proactive Learning Specialist is sought to join our Training & Development team. You will design, develop and maintain learning resources, systems and processes supporting employee development, compliance and operational excellence across the site.

You will work with operational leaders and subject matter experts to create engaging learning solutions, maintain training compliance and drive continuous improvement in our learning framework.
