Regional HR Manager – Home-Based with Travel & Car

Trinity Resource Solutions is seeking an Interim Regional HR Manager for a 2-3 month contract. This home-based role requires travel to sites across Cardiff, Reading, Wiltshire, Tottenham and Clacton, with a company car provided.

You will deliver hands-on HR support across operational sites, advising managers on employee relations, absence management and policy updates while working closely with site leaders to maintain compliance and drive engagement.
