HR Manager: Culture, Change & People Strategy

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an HR Manager to lead people strategy for the NHS Supply Chain contract in Daventry. You will oversee core HR processes and ensure alignment with GXO values, driving culture and performance across the operation.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 with some flexibility. Salary up to £50,000 per annum plus 25 days leave, pension, life assurance and death in service.
