Assistant HR Manager — Grow People & Culture in Hospitality

Aqua Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant HR Manager to support restaurant managers by handling employee relations and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will work closely with the HR Manager across seven London-based restaurants and manage a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Ideal candidates have prior experience in a similar role within hospitality or retail, with exposure to ER matters and larger teams.
