Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.Hours: 40 hours per weekShift Pattern: Flexible – mainly morning or afternoon shiftsWe are looking for a Quality Assurance – Quality Intake Inspector to join our busy Technical/Quality team.You will play a key role in ensuring all produce entering and leaving our site meets our quality, safety and customer requirements.Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming produce and complete accurate quality reports.
- Assess stock and assign Green, Amber or Red status.
- Check product quality, packaging, transport conditions and stock information.
- Identify, communicate and follow up on quality issues.
- Carry out finished product and warehouse quality checks.
- Complete compliance, temperature and allergen checks.
- Respond to customer rejections and support corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records and complete shift handovers.
- Work closely with the wider business to maintain high quality standards.

Experience in quality assurance, fresh produce, food manufacturing, food safety or a similar environment would be advantageous.Flexibility is essential, as you will be required to work across the available shift patterns.
