Job Description:
Reed Technology in Manchester is seeking a hands-on Service Desk Engineer (including Desktop Services) to join our IT team on a hybrid basis with three days in the office. You will provide deskside, walk-up and remote support to users across the organisation, not just a phone-only desk.
You will handle Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams and MFA, build and troubleshoot laptops and other hardware, and assist with video conferencing.
