Job Description:
Avante Care & Support Ltd is seeking a Health & Social Care Trainer to deliver regional training across Kent. The role requires travel between Medway, Swale, Tonbridge & Malling, Canterbury and Thanet to support care homes with learning and development initiatives.
You will lead engaging training sessions, equip teams with essential skills, and contribute to a positive learning culture across Avante’s services. A current driving licence and relevant care qualifications are essential.
