Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end planning for high-value construction programs, collaborating with clients and contractors to deliver integrated schedules. You will shape master programmes, baselines, and look-ahead plans while ensuring schedule integrity across multi-project environments. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate project needs into actionable, data-driven scheduling insights and reporting. This is a hands-on position in a growth-focused firm with a strong emphasis on client outcomes and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead planning sessions with clients and vendors to establish master schedule baselines and critical path
  • Plan, develop and monitor construction schedules with cross-functional teams
  • Produce and maintain detailed construction programs using Primavera P6 and Tableau
  • Collect and input schedule data from vendors and contractors into planning systems
  • Implement scheduling strategy, roles, and responsibilities across the project
  • Ensure schedule performance tracking and quality assurance with project groups and contractors
  • Generate progress reports and look-ahead schedules (1, 3, 6 months) from P6
  • Perform probabilistic, critical path, and schedule risk analyses
  • Identify deviations from baseline, propose corrective actions, and assess variance impact
  • Provide timely project status updates and reporting to clients
