Customer Care Agent – Inbound & Outbound Calls

Johnsons Cars is recruiting for an Inbound and Outbound advisor to join our Redditch contact centre. Full training will be provided; previous contact centre experience is beneficial but not required.

Shift patterns: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm or 08:30-17:30, with a basic salary of £25,000 and OTE £27,700. You will handle calls, secure bookings for service/MOT/repairs, be knowledgeable about services, and deliver exceptional customer service.
