Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Management Consultant to join their established practice in East London. This role involves leading client engagements, advising businesses on strategic planning, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness. You will be responsible for managing project teams, developing innovative solutions, and building strong client relationships to ensure successful project delivery and sustained impact. As a key member of the Management Consultancy team, you will leverage your expertise to drive client success and contribute to the firm’s strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments of client organizations to identify key challenges and opportunities.
• Develop strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering their development and ensuring high team performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client executives, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Contribute to the development of the firm’s service offerings and intellectual capital.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or a relevant strategic advisory role.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
