24/7 Control Room Operator – Secure Mental Health

Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is hiring a Band 3 Control Room Operator to join the secure services team at Tamarind Centre, Birmingham. The role involves first-line contact, coordinating safety and security in a 24/7 reception control room, and supporting the MSU network across sites.

You will work 37.5 hours per week in a permanent contract, with shifts including nights, weekends and bank holidays.
