Residential Property Solicitor – High Wycombe * 1 year+ PQE

We are looking for a proactive and friendly Residential Property Solicitor to join a growing team in High Wycombe.

The Role:

You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters including property sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. You will work directly with clients supported by our experienced and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a range of residential property transactions
• Providing clear, practical advice to clients
• Supporting senior team members on more complex matters
• Actively participating in business development and client relationship management

About You:

• 1+ years PQE in residential property
• Strong technical knowledge with a proactive and client-focused approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Keen to contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the firm
