Transformation BA – Process Mapping (Hybrid, 12m FTC)

Bristow Holland is seeking a Business Analyst for a large public sector organisation in Essex on a 12-month FTC, with hybrid working. The role focuses on understanding current operations, mapping AS-IS processes and helping define improved TO-BE ways of working.

You will work with stakeholders across the organisation, lead process mapping, run workshops, gather requirements and document gaps and opportunities for improvement.
