Senior Manager, Financial Treasury and Transformation, CFO Advisory – Financial Services

Overview

Enthuse and influence CFOs by delivering finance and treasury transformation programs in a leading global consulting firm. You will work within the CFO Advisory practice to review operating models, technology and change strategies, enable data-driven decision making, and embed sustainability into finance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise performance and enable client growth, impact, and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Assess operating models, technology, and change strategies across finance and treasury to identify efficiencies and transformation opportunities (Operating Model Transformation; Technology, Data & ERP Strategy; People, Talent & Change)
• Enable data-based decision making across the organisation through Business Insights, Integrated Planning and Forecasting, and Scenario Modelling
• Support embedding sustainability into finance, addressing regulatory requirements and investor sentiment (Investor Relations & Financing; Carbon Budgeting and Disclosures)
• Contribute to technology-driven finance and treasury transformation initiatives, including end-to-end finance process improvement and automation and EPM processes and tools
• Apply project lifecycle experience in consultancy or industry to manage client engagements and deliver results in a challenging, client-facing environment
• Leverage Tier 1 ERP experience where possible to inform best practices and

Key requirements

• Finance and treasury transformation experience in consultancy or project-focused roles
• Strong relationship building and communication skills; ability to work well in teams
• Experience across full project lifecycle; ability to take ownership and deliver in client-facing settings
• Knowledge of Tier 1 ERP systems; familiarity with what good looks like in ERP implementations
• Experience with FS and non-FS clients is welcomed
