Multi-Site Soft Services Leader – Cleaning, Security & Catering

Compass Group UK is seeking a highly visible Group Soft Services Manager to lead Cleaning, Security and Catering across three sites, including the Oldham distribution centre and a corporate office. This hands-on, multi-site leadership role focuses on standards, compliance, customer experience and developing Heads of Department and frontline teams, with a strong emphasis on budgets and KPIs.
