IPS Employment Specialist – Community Jobs Advocate

Shaw Trust is recruiting an IPS Employment Specialist to help clients with mental health support needs gain sustainable paid work. You will deliver the Individual Placement and Support approach, offering person-centred guidance and building strong relationships with local employers to match people with appropriate roles.

The role is peripatetic, primarily community-based, with limited home working and a focus on collaboration within community mental health or IAPT teams.
