Job Description:
Southampton Sea City Partnership is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician (Salary AFC Band 5 equivalent pro-rata with NHS Pension) to support medicines optimisation services within our practices and enhance safe, cost-effective prescribing.
You will work alongside pharmacists to reconcile medicines, support Structured Medication Reviews, advise Drs, Nurses and staff, and contribute to audits, MOIS, NICE guidance, and quality improvement.
