Account Manager – Owner & Guest Care (Holiday Cottages)

Welsh Coast & Country Holidays seeks an Account Manager to be the first contact for property owners, ensuring guest experiences are seamless and memorable. Based at our Newport office, you will manage owner relationships and support across Property Services, Quality and Revenue teams.

You will bring customer service experience, strong communication and IT skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Driving license is required for out-of-hours duties.
