Quality Engineer

Overview

In this role, you ensure high-quality, reliable AI-driven workflows within EPAM’s enterprise platform. You’ll build automated testing and evaluation pipelines for MCP Components, collaborating with engineering and product teams in Classic Agile. You help define standards for testing AI models and tools in production-like environments as part of a transformative, enterprise-scale project. This position offers impact across innovative automation solutions and robust quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated testing frameworks for MCP Components within the AI platform
• Create evaluation pipelines and quality controls to ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance of agent-driven workflows
