Family Support Worker: Empowers Families to Thrive

South Gloucestershire Council is seeking a Family Support Worker to help children, young people and families recognise progress and build independence. You will carry out whole-family assessments, manage caseloads and coordinate with partners to share best practices.

The role is permanent and office-based at the Kingswood South Team, with travel across the authority and a DBS check required. Interviews anticipated mid-October 2026.
