Bank Residential Support Worker – Children with Disabilities

Shaftesbury is seeking Bank Residential Support Workers to provide high-quality care for children and young people in a supportive home environment. You will work to ensure safety, accessibility and well-being across shifts and nights, with a focus on relationship-building and person-centred support.

The role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent and a passion for enabling disabled children to thrive, in a home-like setting.
