Ophthalmology Referral Growth Lead — Community Engagement

Newmedica in Shrewsbury is seeking a Service Engagement Lead to drive referrals across Shropshire and Wales, while building strong relationships with local opticians, GPs and referral centres.

The role involves travel 2–3 days per week, promoting services and ensuring visibility in the community, with a target-focused, collaborative environment.
