Food Lab Technician – Environmental Testing

Travail Employment Group in Worksop is recruiting a Lab Technician to support environmental testing of food ingredients and product samples, and to report results.

Key duties include collecting daily samples, performing analyses, preparing media, maintaining lab documentation, calibrating instruments, and managing stock and consumables.

The ideal candidate will have GCSE maths and science (or A‑Levels/BTEC L3 science), lab experience, basic IT (Word/Excel), and a proactive, independent work style.
