Prison Mental Health Transfer Lead

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Prisons Transfer Coordinator (Band 7) to manage safe, timely transfers for prisoners needing external inpatient care. The role is based at HMP Bristol with regular travel to HMP Exeter and other South West prisons.

You will liaise with prison healthcare teams, providers, and the MoJ to ensure transfers meet national timescales and maintain care continuity.
