Risk Manager – Healthcare

Overview

In this role you will lead the delivery of risk services for designated projects within Mace’s PMO and Planning Centre of Excellence. You will stand up and guide risk frameworks, support risk processes, run workshops and produce quantitative risk analyses. You will ensure risk is integrated with planning teams and mentor junior staff while advancing carbon-reduction commitments. This position offers the chance to shape risk culture on complex construction projects and to collaborate across client-focused teams in a safety-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of risk frameworks and strategies
• Provide guidance on project risk processes
• Facilitate and deliver risk workshops
• Identify opportunities and mitigation actions
• Manage risk plans and monitor updates
• Deliver quantitative risk analysis and reporting
• Integrate risk with PMO and planning teams
• Support junior staff and champion carbon‑reduction commitments
