Senior Real Estate Transaction Tax Leader

Saffery LLP in London is seeking an experienced Real Estate Transaction Tax Director to join our National Corporate Tax team. This senior role focuses on advising clients on M&A, reorganisations, refinancing and structuring across the real estate sector.

You will lead complex engagements, manage relationships with developers, investors, funds and owner-managed businesses, and contribute to growing our transaction tax and real estate tax capabilities through market-facing initiatives.
