Senior HR Advisor: Employee Relations & Data Analytics

Blake Morgan LLP in Southampton is seeking a Senior HR Advisor on a Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave. You will be the first point of contact for employees and will support HR Business Partners to ensure employee relations processes run smoothly.

You will provide guidance on policy and the employee lifecycle, analyse people data, and assist with exit interviews, maternity risk assessments, and broader HR initiatives while upholding GDPR and information security.
