Tax Associate — Hybrid, M&A & Private Equity Tax

Taxation in London is seeking a Tax Associate with 2-5 years’ PQE to join its international tax practice. You will advise on domestic and cross-border tax matters, draft tax provisions in SPAs, and support private equity, real estate, and corporate transactions.
