Your new company n I am currently working with a well-established property business that is looking to appoint a Senior Finance Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly commercial finance team, partnering with senior stakeholders across the business and playing a key role in driving strategic decision-making across a diverse real estate portfolio.

n Your new role n Reporting to the Head of Finance Business Partnering, your responsibilities will include:

n

• Leading the budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning process across key property assets and business units.

n

• Delivering insightful financial analysis, modelling and scenario planning to support investment and operational decisions.

n

• Partnering with property, asset management and development teams to provide commercial and financial guidance.

n

• Producing monthly performance reporting and presenting key insights to senior leadership.

n

• Supporting investment appraisals, business cases and strategic projects across the portfolio.

n

• Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reporting capabilities.

n

• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted business partner.

n

• Mentoring and developing junior members of the finance team.

n What you'll need to succeed n You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience operating in a Finance Business Partner or Finance Manager capacity. Property, real estate, construction or another asset-heavy sector background is highly desirable. Experience with Oracle Fusion or a similar ERP system would be advantageous.
