Night Transport Supervisor — Lead & Optimize Routes

Evri Swindon Night Transport Supervisor role to lead driver teams, ensure safe, on-time operations, and manage night-shift activities. Core hours often run 11pm–8am, with night-based scheduling and coordination across the depot.

You’ll work with Transport and Compliance Managers to deliver high-quality service and maintain safety standards. This role requires experience in transport/logistics, strong IT skills, and the ability to brief/debrief drivers effectively under pressure.
