Building & Fire Safety Lead for High-Rise Towers

Belmont Recruitment is currently seeking a Building and Fire Safety Manager to join Cheshire West and Chester Council on an initial 6-month temporary contract. The role is full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based in Ellesmere Port.

You will line-manage a small team, oversee contracts for Fire Risk Assessments, monitor FRA actions, and ensure compliance with building safety regulations across three high-rise blocks.
