Microsoft 365 Training Specialist

Walsall Council is seeking a Training Officer to lead Microsoft 365 and related applications training within the Organisational Development team. You will design, deliver and continually improve learning programmes to boost confidence, capability and productivity across the council.

You will create learning resources, evaluate feedback and work with colleagues to expand digital skills, embedding a culture of continuous development and digital confidence across services.
