Waste & Fleet Training Compliance Officer in Rugby is a temporary role offering £125 per day PAYE. You will develop and maintain a comprehensive training and competency matrix for drivers, loaders, street cleansing operatives and other frontline staff.
You will monitor qualification expiry, license checks and refresher timing, flag gaps before lapse and deliver training to a high standard aligned with contractual and legislative obligations.
