Compassionate Support Worker for Autism & Learning Disabilities

PBS4 is seeking a Male Support Worker (Enablement Assistant) in Southampton for a part-time permanent role. You will support a gentleman with mild learning disabilities, autism and emotional instability, helping him engage in daily activities and community outings.

Ideal candidates are kind, patient and resilient, with the ability to stay calm when behaviours challenge. A driving licence is required and sponsorship is not available.
