Senior Project Engineer, Motorsport & Racing Systems

McLaren Racing is seeking a Senior Operative, Project Engineer to manage a portfolio of race car components, tooling and validation across both in-house and external manufacturing routes. You will align to race, test and programme schedules in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop detailed production plans, lead capacity planning and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage suppliers and mitigate risks, driving delivery and continuous improvement.
