Overview

In this role you will support the development and delivery of marketing plans that grow the brand and drive sales. You will coordinate cross‑functional work with Sales, Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing and Agencies to execute campaigns and launches across digital, retail and events. You adapt global strategies for local markets and ensure consistent brand tone and visuals. You’ll analyse performance, manage budgets, and turn insights into optimization ideas, contributing to a fast-paced, global beauty brand mission.

Responsibilities

  • Support annual and seasonal marketing plan development aligned with brand and business goals
  • Lead execution of campaigns, launches and initiatives across multiple channels (digital, social, CRM, retail, events)
  • Adapt global/region strategies for local market relevance
  • Manage day-to-day brand activity including tone, messaging and visual identity
  • Oversee asset development such as toolkits, calendars, POS materials, and assets
  • Brief and manage creative, media and PR agencies to deliver high-quality outputs on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand activity with commercial priorities
  • Support customer-specific initiatives and joint plans when required
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using KPIs (awareness, engagement, conversion, sales impact)
  • Conduct post‑campaign evaluations and provide insight‑driven recommendations
  • Track budgets, forecasts and spend with financial discipline
  • Support market analysis, competitor tracking and consumer insights gathering
  • Utilize data and insights to inform campaign optimization and future planning
  • Stay updated on media, culture and category trends relevant to the brand and region

Key requirements

  • Marketing Executive/Assistant Marketing Manager experience or similar
  • Experience in strategic planning with creative flair
  • Background in Retail brands and Trade Marketing
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with prioritization
  • Flexible, positive and professional attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication and presentation skills
