Education HR Officer — Flexible, Multi-Site Support

Matrix Academy Trust is looking for an experienced HR Officer to provide professional HR advice and support under the guidance of the HR Manager and HR Director. You will support Etone College as the main school and work across the Trust, delivering high-quality HR administration and safeguarding compliance.

You will oversee recruitment checks, maintain HR records, and contribute to wellbeing initiatives while operating across multiple sites.
