Head Chef: Autonomy, Growth & Nutritious Menus

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a passionate Head Chef to deliver hotel/restaurant standards within our care homes, with full autonomy to create nutritious, flavoursome menus and lead kitchen teams to high service levels.

You will oversee 4/5 days work, with alternate weekends, manage budgets, stock, audits and recruitment, while ensuring residents receive appetising, balanced meals and a warm dining environment.
