Engineering Apprenticeship Coach & Training Mentor

University of Sheffield is seeking an Engineering Workplace Coach to join the AMRC Training Centre Team. You will coordinate on- and off-the-job learning for engineering apprentices, setting targets and assessing progress at the apprentices’ workplaces, with employers contributing to reviews.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree with industrial experience (machining) and may already have assessor/verifier qualifications. Strong planning, communication, and IT skills are essential.
