Senior Practitioner, Adult Social Care (South Locality)

Herefordshire Council seeks a Senior Practitioner to join the South Locality Team on a permanent basis. The post involves a 37-hour week, carrying a small caseload and contributing to locality performance and practice leadership.

You will be a qualified social worker registered with Social Work England, with at least three years post-qualification experience in Adult Social Care, and be capable of line management and supervision.
