Court-Ready Social Care Lawyer for Children & Family

Hull City Council is seeking a Social Care Lawyer to join the Social Care Legal team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role focuses on advising Children, Young People & Family Services and representing the Council in care, private law, adoption, and pre-proceedings matters.

The successful candidate will be a solicitor, barrister or CILEX lawyer with rights of audience in Magistrates and County Court, capable of handling a large caseload in a busy environment from Hull’s Guildhall offices.
