Part-Time Dementia Support Advisor, Community Outreach

Alzheimer’s Society is expanding a county-wide dementia support service across Worcestershire. We are seeking a Dementia Adviser to work 21 hours per week from Bromsgrove, Redditch and Wythall, delivering community-based support and outreach.

You’ll meet people face to face in GP practices and in communities, provide information and guidance from diagnosis onwards, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate timely support. Travel across the North region is required.
