Early Years SEND Inclusion Practitioner

Bury Council is seeking a Best Start Inclusion Practitioner to champion inclusive practice and the early identification of SEND for children aged 0-25 through the Best Start Family Hubs.

The role aims to improve outcomes for children aged 0-5 by supporting families, encouraging inclusive practice, and strengthening home learning, working with early years settings and multi‑agency partners. Normal hours are 37 per week, with rota duties possible.
