Overview
In this role you will manage a broad range of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion for a well-established Taunton firm. You will join a growing conveyancing team, handling sales, purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity. You will deliver high-quality service aligned with CQS standards while keeping a busy caseload under control. This position offers meaningful client-facing work within a supportive, inclusive culture and opportunities to shape the team’s conveyancing practice.
Responsibilities
- Handle a varied residential property caseload from instruction to post completion
- Manage sales, purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity
- Ensure high-quality service in line with CQS standards
- Work within a busy team and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- 1+ years’ experience in residential property
- Strong technical expertise in conveyancing
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and deliver quality service
