£31,500 including shift allowance
Rotating Shifts (Days and Nights)
Week 1 – 06:45hrs to 19:00hrs Monday to Thursday (4 days)
Week 2 18:45hrs to 07:00hrs Monday to Wednesday (3 nights)
SF Recruitment are recruiting for a Production Operative to join a manufacturing business based in Eccleshall. This is a hands‑on production role operating machinery, monitoring performance and quality, and helping ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
The Role
- Setting up and operating machinery in line with standard operating procedures
- Monitoring machine performance and recording hourly production data
- Identifying and resolving production or quality issues
- Escalating faults or performance issues when additional support is required
- Completing production records to maintain full product traceability
- Carrying out cleaning and maintaining good housekeeping standards
- Supporting technical trials and production projects
- Identifying opportunities to reduce downtime and material waste
- Contributing to continuous improvement activity
- Maintaining 5S standards across the working area
- Working in line with quality, health & safety and environmental procedures
The Production Operative – What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone with previous experience working within a manufacturing or production environment who is comfortable operating machinery and working a rotating day/night shift pattern.
You will need to be comfortable working to production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
