My client is looking for a Junior Data Specialist tojoin the Aftersales team, supporting the performance, reportingand continuous improvement of a growing operation throughdata-driven insight and analytics. This role offers a uniqueblend of data analysis, dashboard development, reporting andweb-based tools support, making it ideal for someone looking tobuild a long-term career within automotive data and businessintelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build dashboards and reporting tools using SQL, Power BI and Excel to provide meaningful business insights.
- Analyse large datasets to support dealer performance,operational improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Develop and maintain digital platforms and websites usingWordPress and PHP.
- Support the deployment of Aftersales systems and tools acrossEuropean markets.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to turn complexdata into actionable recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong SQL, Power BI and Excel VBA skills.
- Experience working with large datasets and transforming datainto reports and dashboards.
- Experience with WordPress and PHP would be highlyadvantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset with a genuine interest in data andperformance analysis.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and supportdata-driven decision-making.
- Interest in the automotive industry and a desire to developwithin a data-focused role.
