Senior GPU Hardware Engineer – RTL, PPA & SoC Integration

Arm Limited is seeking a hardware design engineer to join our GPU development team in Cambridge. You will work with block design teams to craft and implement new processes and methodologies for next‑generation GPUs, taking ownership of tasks from concept to delivery.

You will collaborate with architecture, model, design, implementation and verification teams to ensure Arm GPU products meet the highest quality standards and performance targets in ambitious timescales.
