HR Operations Specialist – Unlimited Holidays (Hybrid)

Infinity Group is hiring a Junior HR Advisor to provide reliable HR support across the employee lifecycle in a hybrid role based in Tunbridge Wells. You will own day-to-day HR administration and help ensure a smooth employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

You will handle HR tickets, maintain accurate people data and support payroll/compliance, while collaborating with HR Partners, Payroll, IT and Recruitment to deliver a consistent HR service.
